90 day: 41.49 mpg (US)

big blue - '91 Dodge W250 LE
90 day: 18.33 mpg (US)

Synthetic oil
Has anyone heard anything about synthetic oil dramaticly increasing MPG?

I want to try in but want to hear what you all have to say first.
