thanks mwebb. i was wrong about my info on evap
i have the service manual for my jeep(knowing chrysler it's operation probably doesn't change between cars); anyway i am wrong the evap solenoid doesn't work at start up cold(timer delay for hot) or other wise it only works after reaching closed-loop, after that 5-10 per second.
