It would actually be quicker to take the time to communicate clearly in the first place. Speaking clearly on the phone to one person who wants to see past your garbled text is great, but typing clearly would instantly reach everybody here. Just think of it as hypermiling your communication. If I am clueless it's because you haven't bothered to state anything clearly. Is everyone supposed to call you to get a clear picture? Take this cover and shell thing, for instance: Do you have a tonneau cover on the bed underneath a cap? It's not really my job to call you later today to find out.
I'm sorry for adding to the S/N problem here, but I'm doing it in the hope that things will improve in the long run.
