I was talking to a plumber several years back about my truck and what mileage it got because he was curious. At one point he said he would like to be able to buy smaller trucks but because he couldn't list a truck as a buisness vehicle if it was below a something like 6500lbs, which meant that a smaller more efficient vehicle would actually cost him more.
