Here is the mechanical portion of my dual fan installation.
I started out with a spare shroud. I needed the shroud to mount the large window washer fluid bottle. It is tall and complicated, has a low level sensor, and is already plumbed as my water/methanol system tank.
I used that same galvanized channel to make a bridge between the left and right sides.

The shroud was a freebie from a fellow dodge guy. it was cracked in the center from too many times of sitting on there while installing injectors, changing timing, etc
It was filthy greasy, and I only cleaned the left and right sides of it.
Once I had it braced, I cut away the nasty cracked part.

Now I had a place to start mounting the fans.

Fans on the rails.

I had to trim the fans to fit, and the remaining shroud. I mounted one edge with self tappers into the rail, and the bottom edge with the typical 1/4" threaded rod and nuts.
A chunk of folded coroplast sealed off the bottom edge.

I had to remove the oil filler from the front cover to install the fans, but I can work the whole assembly in there in one piece.

Things are tight!

I could leave the radiator hoses all connected. I will add another strap at the top for security, and cover that all up with a piece of scrap diamond plate. There is a gap at the front of the radiator that will take a wrench and drop it between the radiator and aftercooler. I have always wanted to close that up.
