I go above and beyond for the new poster who give at least 10%.
Search functions (in forums) are like smiley faces (
) the are an itergrel part of ALL forums and have been for YEARS.
The day a noobie shows up and expresses genuine surprise at the exisitance of a sheach button, I will apologize to him/her.
Of course, IF that were to happen, that unique poster
would be so rare as to belong in the unicorn corral anyway!!
An finally, I make a point to greet noobies and encourage their ideas, when presented in a a manor that reflects normal expectations of effort
