Sorry, not trying to be an @ss, just saying, if you want to reduce electrical load to reduce drag via the alternator, cool - but the radio (depending on your setup) is pretty minimal. Still, I'm always in favor of modifying stuff. Did you run a switch, so you can turn it on while parked if the "need" ever arises? If you have a wire, you're one more wire, and a toggle away from switchy goodness. |
it can only be on if the switch is on and the key is turned on and ya i am reducing the electrical load. im working on making all my lights led this makes a big difference the turn lights the break lights marker lights and running lights is 8 amps on my nissan and the head lights is another 8 amps i want to add a electric fan that is 10 amps so in the end it will only be useing 2 amps more then it is now
