Yeah, I have them on my front wheels. When I first bought them I thought they would help, but they don't actually seal the front from the back, so air is still getting through. They are meant to go on most wheels, so the gap between the rear of the wheel and the brake dust cover is big.

Today I use them for their original purpose, aka reduce dust. This helps me because my pizza pans *collect* all the dust that comes off my pads and transfers them to my hands when I remove the pizza pans to check the air.
