More strawman arguments. Either we are talking about a single lane with me at the limit or slightly less, or me not even using the passing lane because I rarely pass anyone. But you aren't talking about me, you are talking about your mythical hypermiler who is really just another oblivious drone who happens to be slower and more cautious than you.
