I havent read new car paperwork in about 6 yrs but I remember there being paragraph stating that no vebal promises or statements are part of this agreement.....etec etc.
The point being that any kickbacks or inducements not mentioned in the written transaction are null and void. The same would aply to the equipment on the vehicle. Only items listed in writing are included in the sale.
