I'm not saying that you didn't get a 6% improvement because of your filter.

I'm saying that you have no clue how your filter installation caused that 6% improvement. You need to be more rigorous in your statements. It's fine that you make initial observations, but you need to be able to back them up with verifiable data. Otherwise, as another poster pointed out, you might as well be installing fuel magnets.
