Grille block building session was unfortunately interrupted when I found a loose wheel bearing. Turned out that the CV joint nut had come loose, so I tightened it up as a stop-gap measure for a road trip. It will be changed.
I have actually found my FE has dropped post kamm-back?! Best FE went from 44.8mpg imp to 42.6mpg imp on country roads, and I'm now only getting 37-38 mpg highway driving. Roping in the in-laws tomorrow to help tuft-test it. Really don't fancy ripping it all off. Hopefully a little adjustment will sort it.
