I always have trip mpg and instant mpg or gph. Other than that I cycle between IGN, MAF, AFR, IAT, LOD and TPS. I will look at the SFT and LFT now and then too. I would LOVE to be able to log this stuff. It would be easier for me to see how my car manages the fueling if I could make maps from the data.

On the TDI I also use a PSI Xgauge, which is basically just the MAP less barometric pressure. I use it to monitor my turbo bleed by comparing what the ECU sees with what my mechanical gauge reads.
