Vekke do you think your original turbo (GT1541V i suppose) or BV35 will fit in a 1.9 TDI PD?
I'm wondering if +1 bar boost 105cv (or +1.2 bar boost, now with flashed ECU 140 cv) will be possible with a smaller turbo?

Do you think +58% air pumping (1.9/1.2) capability will allow the turbocharging down to 1250 rpm?

IN my country people gets bigger turbos like GT2256V and hybrids them with original gt1749v or think like these. to get 225 cv with a 1.9 2256 en tdi arl (log inside)

I just want a power/torque curve like this . I don't need more than 320 Nm (standard 250 Nm will be fine also).
Do you think heat will short the turbo's life? using (if possible) 61 cv (several times this power in heat throught the turbo) turbo and get 105 cv or 140 cv, will destroy it?

Is BV35 turbo election made because of heat and durability?
