Using this packaging makes a lot of sense to me. I like to describe HHO gizmos as "broken batteries" because in the old daze a side effect of malfunctioning batteries might be the emission of hydrogen which could lead to explosions. HHO gizmos have similar construction to batteries but are "broken by design".
