Using this packaging makes a lot of sense to me. I like to describe HHO gizmos as "broken batteries" because in the old daze a side effect of malfunctioning batteries might be the emission of hydrogen which could lead to explosions. HHO gizmos have similar construction to batteries but are "broken by design".

Yes, it does! It's a major contributing factor in ALL skiing injuries, ALL boating accidents, and most household accidental deaths. It's the most dangerous substance on the planet!

Hydrogen and oxygen don't react at normal temperatures ... as long as there's no ignition energy to set them off.
Friction or electrostatic discharge will set it of though.

The safest way to store H2 is in a purpose-built pressure vessel, storing only H2 .

DIY-ing with H2 is not something I'd recommend to anyone.

I was implying that I am going to inject water into the airstream to cool the charge and use the expansion of the liquid from the detonation of the diesel fuel.

Now HHO is not just for land lubbers!

Hydrogen on Demand (oxy hydrogen / oxyhydrogen, hydroxy) For Commercial Vehicles Plant and Ships

"The hydroxy gas output of the electrolyzer is routed to the vehicle’s air intake and vacuum intake manifold. The smaller molecules of the hydroxy gas strike the larger pre-heated fuel molecules and combust breaking down the covalent bonds even further and atomizing the gasoline or diesel hence we are adding a combustaion catalyst." - taken from the 'How It Works' tab!

... please work your unicorn magic !!
