According to this Reference: Transmission Specs - ClubCivic.com - Honda Civic Forum
- 6th gen D series (non Si) have 0.702 5th gear
- HX and D/L/CX hatchback have the taller 3.722 final drive
- DX/LX/CX sedan and coupe have 4.058
- EX has 4.250
- 92-95 VX/CX has 3.250 final drive

Si (B16) has .870 5th x 4.266 final drive = 30% higher rpm than EX.
