It reminds me of when I was a kid who liked to build plastic model car kits; one day Pa got a bit agitated with yet another of my complete takeovers of the kitchen table with plastic parts and suggested I make my own models... Genius! I believe that event marked the last plastic "store-bought" kit I ever made; after that I made my own designs, first of cardboard, later wood, later yet clay. Anyway, this car reminds me of the way I put together the cardboard models.
