Craig's list, eBay... those are obvious. Less obvious would be that the 6th Gen HX wheels were only slightly weightier (less than a pound I think) and look almost identical. And they are slightly taller, which would give you a taller gearing effect. I have also seen guys talking about the fit of some Miata wheels onto these Civics, but I have not done it and you'd want to do your own research because I understand there can be issues. But some of the Miata wheels were 14" and just as light as these VX and HX wheels. Cast your net more broadly? .... take a look:
