Nice build govman! Question though... your range seems a bit off for a 24Vv/30ah & that looks like a LiFePO4 pack? Although you're getting an impressive 28mph, mayhaps that motor is a hungry torque/amp monster & your gearing still isn't quite right?
*shrug* forgive me, I'm still comparatively new to the ebike thing but as most feel "range is everything" I'm just wondering if your setup could do better... I've not run a 24v setup before but for example I'm getting just about 30 miles out of my 48v/15ah LiFePO4 pack @ 26mph, not that I built it myself or anything lol (just a kit):
