The truck with an auto and 3.08 (maybe it was 3.02 don't remember) got in the 22-26mpg area before.

The rear is now in the 2.73 - 2.8 range but with a short shift manual.

At this time I don't have rear brakes and have a few severe fuel leaks so the MPGs I have gotten off it going from the repo depot back home and around town don't really mean anything.

Once I have the truck running correctly and on the road full time I can answer, there have been many folks who have done the conversion I did in one form or another and get in the high 20's, I have no doubt I can drive to about 30mpg possibly higher if I am willing to P&G and things of that nature.
