question about pulse and glide driving. I've never tried this technique, but seeing the mpg improvements I'm tempted to start. If I understand correctly you Floor the accelerator to what 70-80 and then put the tranny into N and let it coast to 55 then repeat?
I know that car's will run richer above say 90% throttle. I have a wbo2 and can see this. I use this info to open the throttle as much as possible without going into rich mode during shifting or going up hills.
Knowing this wouldn't a vac. gauge and say at least a rich lean meter be helpful to figure out the most amount of throttle you can go before the mixture goes rich?
