Seems i am a bit off, maybe i was fine with the shallow angled Kamm before i compared to the Prius slope. and i can angle the tail extension up more level to follow more with the template. Maybe its not that big of a deal but i think the car pic is like 1-2degrees off from level? probably not a big difference.
The Red outline shows slightly compromised angles to shorten the boat tail, with the hopes of better attached flow. And an idea of how long it would be if i did it semi proper job

The red outline will probably be just fine.Rolf Buchheim,who ran the wind tunnel at Volkswagen came up with a 23-degree max down-slope angle compared to Mair's 22-degrees.
I think the 3rd-gen VW 1-Liter Car is close to Buchheim's architecture.
If you're 'this close' I think you'll be rewarded .
