yeah, i would focus more on side skirts and rear spoiler, maybe a lower air dam and electric fans instead of flywheel mounted for the older buses.
but really, the majority of a buses hours are spent idling and below 40mph, much of which is accelerating from the previous stop. aero mods might not be the best place to spend time and money.
perfect electric hybrid? small turbo diesel generator and electric drive.
