You could easily team up with some of us on here to make an EcoModder pamphlet. Some driving tips, checking points such as tire pressure, and an inspirational part with, for instance, 3-Wheeler's Insight, basjoos's Civic and BZP or aerohead's T-100s.
Then each of us could locally distribute them to get the wheels turning.
