Fwiw, my 91 subaru has roughly 170000 miles on it on the original engine original clutch and 2nd set of brakes and timing belt and waterpump. Still uses no amsoil between annual changes. Its had synthetic oil exclusively since its first oilchange, first mobil one and then amsoil after 115k miles. I'd love to get that much again out of it before doing major work on it.
