Take a look at my fuel logs here or on fuelly. Notice how my mileage varies by a whole heck of a lot? Lots of things cause fuel consumption variation, like temperature, traffic conditions and driving technique. Frankly, 11% is in the noise, and well in the range of
PLACEBO.

Transparent, maybe, but not forthright. If you don't have A-B-A data, just say so, but we already know you don't by the way you keep deflecting the inquiry.
