Bruce: I will use the 4.6L motor. I know them like the back of my hand. I've been working on them since 1997. Knowledge is power. Or FE.
I filled the tank up today and will get the baseline for the mods. $69.00
Also, I picked up a cheap tachometer from Harbor Freight (on sale). And I bought a Autometer Vacuum gauge on eBay for pretty much the same as the Harbor Freight gauge.
I also bought a binder to collect all my gas receipts for continuity.
Unfortunately, they do not make a 3 gauge pillar for the Panthers. I guess it's a good thing I have a spare A-pillar cover to make 3 gauges fit into.
Now, all I have to do is wait for at least 3/4 of my tank (20 gallon) to empty before filling up and getting that initial data.
I think I'll start harvesting that Teksid block this upcoming week.
