Clutch wear with P&G + EOC, now slipping

OK guys and gals I have searched where I can but I feel that my scenario does not fit others, so I will ask all you wise ecomodders!

The basics: Heavy P&G with EOC and clutch is now slipping.

The details:
I currently have about 130K on my clutch, and had been working fine. In the past two weeks I have been doing heavy P&G and EOC, so basically I pulse, shut off, glide, then "bump" start it. Probably at least 50-60x per day (HWY).

As for the history of the clutch, I have beat the hell out of it for about 124 of the 130K. ( You live and you learn )

So the problem is my clutch is slipping regularly, if I push it, while most of the time I keep it under 3K RPM, very gradually, there are times I need to exceed 3K and now I have found it is noticeably slipping. 3K RPM or higher (I am still early in diagnosing so this may be all the time, not sure yet though).

And the question. With my constant engine off/on during a drive, could this have caused irregular clutch wear, with the "bump" starting? Or is it the more likely, IMO, the clutch is done, given it's history? Or is it some other issue, like poor compression due to the constant on/off?

Like I said above, I should do more testing, but given the unusual scenario, I am looking for a place to start.

Thanks, appreciate it!

Dave

Also I call it "bump" starting, and you may too, but if you don't; it is starting the car by popping the clutch out/in in 5th gear.
