Kudos to all your hard work guys!

However, I have a question re the ac.

My own ac is equipped with a magnetic clutch, the compressor is only running when that clutch is energised. Otherwise the pulley is spinning freely. Yours shoud have the same, otherwise youd be driving with the ac on all the time, with no way to switch it off.
I can't imagine the reward in mpg being very large from switched off to removed... Or am I missing something?
