I kind of like the idea of nearly matching google maps time. Show what's possible within "normal" boundaries. Not how much can you get on a one-time gliding death crawl with the hazards on for a fuel economy competition.
People always say better gas mileage (with driving technique) is not for them. They might beat google maps by a minute or two, this shows how much is possible showing up a minute or two later than that time.
