Argh, my first ever fillup. Not complete fillup, but put about 9 gallons into the tank. Went 200 miles ish :/ Don't know exactly how much gas the previous owner left in the tank, I suspect I used 8 gallons. Spent 3 hours trying to get better with starts and teaching my brother, which probably burned at least 1 gallon.
I have an older 1ZZ, which burns a bit of oil and has very old O2 sensors which I suspect are not reading that correctly (it barely passed smog with the maximum allowed ppm measured, and the exhaust has a strong unburned fuel smell to it), but no excuse for my poor mpgs. With a 2195 lb curb weight and a 5th gear that works great at just over 25mph, there's no excuse for doing poorly.
