I am thinking of a tail for the saturn sc1. The plastic rear quarter panels are easy to unbolt, the bumper snaps off,the lights come out. It looks like it can be fully reversible except for the trunk lid. I may buy one for the mod. I'll use coroplast for the first iteration. Its cheap, easy, and light. The extension will be around 3 feet. I would like to fit the recumbent touring bike in the back without taking the rear seats out.

I wonder if I should have the tail lights in pods on struts, elevated.

Its too big of a project to start this weekend.

Coroplast bends in only one plane, no compound curves unless it's cut.
