My Jetta took a turn for the better. This morning there was heavy dew on the windows. Getting towards fall. The heater hasn't been worth a darn since we got it. I had the dash out to put in a new instrument cluster and thought now is the time to work on it. I almost took the controls off but decided to track back the vacuum line and found that the vacuum pump had a bad line going to the control. Easy fix.
