It does look like it might be a little bit high:



If it's adjustable at all, I'd lower the end by a bit more than the diameter of the lug nut hole in your wheel cover.

Note: I first rotated the Neon image to make the bottom of the F&R tires lie on the same
horizontal "ground plane" as the template, then marked the apex of the roof with the yellow triangle.
