Actually the white zips are not very noticeable I looked from about 10ft away and if I wasn't looking for the zip-tie I wouldn't of noticed it. I am thinking about doing the outside sections of the lower grill if you take a look at the lower grill it is kind of in 3 sections. I got a lot of plans for this especially since when I got the 4x8 sheet I wasn't quite thinking it was going to be that big of a piece

If I can get a name change to this thread it would be helpful to.
