I was looking around on Google to locate ehtanol free stations in Canada or in my area (Montreal) and I found this post burried in the results!
pure-gas.org was one of the first thing I found but it's kind of vague. Found other forums where they were discussing ethanol free in Canada and found more details.
Turns out all of 91+ octane gas in Canada seems to be ethanol free. Petro-Canada SuperClean 94 (in Montreal only) is also one that many high compression engine owners like to use.
With the gas price at 5.5$ a gallon for regular right now I think I'm gonna pass and wait a little. When the prices will go down I will try to see if I can get some premium and look at the FE.
