As for curing time i have noticed the thicker it it is the longer it takes to cure.. i've had 8 hour cures when I cut into them be sticky inside still.. ill let them cure up good and hard.

To be expected if the only way the foam can get the moisture it needs to cure is from the outside surface inward. Funny to think that the foam is capable of passing water (vapor?) thru the hardened part into the soft core.
