In Europe, from now on, every tire gets a labelling on rolling ressitance, wet grip and noise.
In the size 195/65 R15, Energy Savers and Conti Ecocontact5 are rated B for rolling resistance (0,0066 < Cr < 0,0077).
Bridgestone will present in October the first A-rated tire which has a lower Cr than 0,0066. The first size will be 195/65 R15.

Toyo should also release an A-rated tire, the Nanoenergy.

I don't know if/when they will be available in the US, though.
