Sorry but at 70 mph you're not going to be doing anywhere near 2500 rpm. The gear ratios on the MTX-75 put you right at or over 3000 rpm with the 16" wheels and tires.

The Dual clutch automated manual with its 6th gear that's actually sufficiently taller than the 5 MT is turning over 2600 rpm at 70 and 2400 rpm at 65 MPH.

I replaced my old 1994 Geo Prizm with a 2012 Ford Focus SEL hatch with the DCT because of the better gear ratios as well as the fact that I needed a new/newer car as my old car was rusting away.
