Yeah the official EPA number are out. Here are the official numbers:

2012 1500 w/ 3.7L V6 w 4 spd auto (2WD): 14 mpg city, 20 highway, 16 mpg combined
2013 1500 w/ 3.6L V6 w 8 spd auto (2WD): 17 mpg city, 25 mpg highway, 20 mpg combined

So that's a 25% improvement in the combined rating. Not no shabby, although I suspect that may be largely due to how bad it was before rather than how good it is now.
