Yesterday on my way home from work, I watched an aggressive driver in a Chevy pick-up perform a "spare tire delete" at 35 MPH(!) In front of me! His rear bumper "pole-vaulted" over the spare tire. I was able to avoid the obstacles without using my brakes.
(I may be an ecomodder.)
His spare tire rolled past him after he stopped.
And he had a passenger to witness the whole event.
