The kick panel on the drivers side looks awful close to the gas pedal. Id be worried about putting my foot through the speaker, Your foot rub at all?
Not to beat a dead horse (Get on there! Whack! Whack!) But with the bed cap I doubt your going to be hauling more than a few hundred pounds. If your not going to be hauling loads of gravel or bed fulls of construction supplies the 4:10 gears are hurting you. Id suggest looking for a similar width car rear end with some highway gears, (2.74 or so). Many custom shops make custom universal joints for these applications.
