I had been looking at other threads before i posted and they all seem to talk about openings for the exhaust. Yes i realized it touched the cat, i even had a hole cut out for it but it seems that the hole was not large enough to count for slight movement of the pan.

Also i cant believe i forgot about your threads. I went through and read through yours twice just to make sure not to miss anything. It seems that you said one piece warped, but for what you replaced it with did not seem to cover the oil pan. Some others i saw covered the entire engine bay so it was that wonder if it would be fine or if they covered the section between coroplast and motor
