I was citing the article link on the "Zionist Conspiracy", which is full of many half-truths and outright lies.
Besides... Many of those wells that have reopened never really dried up. It's just that they weren't profitable at $60 oil, but are at least marginally so at $100 oil.
Marginal being the appropriate term.
