I think I'll go into the air dam direction with belly pan, because I want to flatten the belly of Berta. You can see here Three levels of Berta's belly that there are few things that can be improved.

You could use the holes for the fog lights to make ducts to feed the air curtain. Better, though to have ducts off the center cooling hole. (Less drag because the center hole is at the stagnation point so has greatest pressure, but out at the fog lights the air is accelerated, so holes there would make more drag.
