I usually just flip my rearview mirror down so I do not see them behind me. If thiers an area with a LONG shoulder, I'll pop it into neutral, flip on the hazards, signal them to pass, and coast in the shoulder until everyone passes.

For people with bright lights at night, I usually wiggle my side mirror and shine thier own lights back in thier faces. I also keep sunglasses on top of my head and flip them down when bright lights coming.

When driving that slow I highly recommend a dash cam. I know you get good mileage, but is it worth the risk? Pissing the wrong person off. Try going up to 55 until you find a nice long shoulder where people can pass as you coast.
