Found these today!
Michelin X-ICE (TIRE 155-80-13 QR)

$90 each, they are the same tires I have right now that are wore out, they are not the special LRR rubber compound but they are lower rolling resistance then a lot of snow tires and I don't see my mileage take a hit while driving on them.
