thanks for the reply mcrews! those pictures help a ton, It looks like I might have to go the tape route for sure. There is just too many curves to make any coroplast work cleany in that area. I'll be sure to post some pics once I tackle it. I might even post pictures of what I have to deal with, because it's pretty messy. Since i added an aftermarket rear lip this area is even more tricky than it should be.
COcyclist thanks for your post also your pictures def help, I might consider using that material here also. and I like your wording "fender liners" that's the proper term here.
