Had a chance to build the front support fer the rear wheel skirts...

Used some PVC pipe and a 12" metal Simpson Strong-tie strap.

Looking to git a few aluminum yardsticks to use as the shaped support fer the rear wheel skirts so I can lose the wire and add extra support across the skirts. Should be cheap enough and easy to shape.

Here's the right rear wheel skirt...it was rubbing in a few places.
